Michael Dyllong is a Chef from Dortmund (Germany). From an early age he has known how to conquer the kitchen. Chef Dyllong is known for his classic cuisine with a contemporary, personal approach to ingredients and technology. Dyllong was already attracted to high-end restaurants as a teenager. After his brief career in starred restaurants in Germany, Dyllong cooked for a season in Spain. In 2009, he moved back to Germany to complete his master chef training. In 2010, he succeeded and became Germany’s youngest master chef.
During Chef Dyllong’s career, he received numerous awards such as the Michelin star in 2013 or ”Young Talent 2014” by Gault Millau. In 2015, Chef Dyllong together with his business partner opened the restaurant VIDA which was named best ”trendy restaurant” In Germany.
In 2019, he opened his second restaurant that was awarded a Michelin star in 2020. This was joined in 2021 by his newest addition, restaurant The Stage.
On November 19, we may welcome Chef Dyllong to Restaurant Latour for the second time, where he will serve you a special menu together with Chef van Lier.
