On Saturday, 13 December, we will serve an exclusive seasonal truffle lunch special, paired with the wines of Parusso. This refined edition features a five-course menu priced at €300 per person. Parusso is a renowned winemaker from Piedmont, Italy—the very region where truffles originate—and his elegant style and silky structure form a perfect match with the rich aromas of truffle. For this lunch, Parusso, together with Anfors Imperial, has made several impressive big bottles from a private cellar available; these exceptional wines will be poured during the afternoon. Reservations are available between 12:00 and 13:00.
