Meet Stan, our Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier.
Stan Kerckhoffs has been working at Restaurant Latour since 2003. With a career spanning more than 20 years at Latour, he has held roles such as Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier, and "SVH Meestergastheer". As a host, he believes it is important to surround guests with care and attention in a relaxed manner. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of wines, he is able to select beautiful and surprising wines to accompany the dishes. In the wine cellar, you will find both well-known labels and unique finds from small wine producers.

Kenny – Chef de Cuisine
Meet Kenny, our Chef.
Kenny has been part of the Latour team for over five years and since August 2024 our Chef de Cuisine. His time in several Michelin-starred kitchens taught him how to stay calm under pressure, a quality that now defines his work. In blending flavours and crafting beautiful plates, he finds a true outlet for his creativity.
He loves sharing Latour’s dishes with the world through social media, offering a glimpse behind the scenes. Looking ahead, Kenny has exciting ambitions:

Beau – Assistant Restaurant Manager
Meet Beau, our Assistant Restaurant Manager.
At Restaurant Latour, creating special memories is at the heart of everything we do, something Beau, our Assistant Restaurant Manager, wholeheartedly agrees with.
“What matters most to me, and what truly gives me energy, is offering our guests an experience from start to finish — one that ends with a smile on their faces.
But just as important is the collaboration between the kitchen and service team. By inspiring each other and exchanging ideas, we raise the bar together. Right now, we’re working on tea pairings to accompany the dishes. It’s incredibly exciting to taste the dishes alongside the kitchen and then select a tea that complements them best, testing and comparing to find the perfect match.”
Frank – Kitchen Chef
Meet Frank, our Kitchen Chef.
My name is Frank van Delft, Chef de Cuisine at Restaurant Latour.
Cooking is my passion, a craft filled with emotion, challenges, and joy. But in the end, what matters most is coming to work with a smile.
I have a deep love for pure, honest flavours and locally sourced ingredients. Traveling and spending time outdoors are great sources of inspiration for me, and I bring those experiences into my dishes.
My goal is to take Latour to the next level together with the team, united by ambition and creativity.
Mariëlle – Trainee
Meet Mariëlle, our Trainee.
My name is Mariëlle de Ruyter, and I’m a trainee at Restaurant Latour.
What’s important to me is striving for perfection every single day. Working consistently at a very high level challenges and inspires me. I really enjoy the creativity it takes to truly stand out as a restaurant.
Recently, I’ve taken on a new challenge: working with the cheese trolley. What makes it special is that we work exclusively with Dutch cheeses. By getting to know these cheeses well and presenting them at the table, we can continue to surprise our guests and contribute to an unforgettable dining experience.
Lieke – Pastry Chef

“I’ve been working at Latour as a pastry chef for just over a year now. I have a strong interest in learning cooking techniques beyond pastry, but also in deepening my knowledge of pastry in fine dining. What I find most important is bringing joy to our guests at the end of their dinner — with beautiful desserts and surprising friandises!”
