Meet Sanne, our trainee in the kitchen.

My name is Sanne, a trainee at Restaurant Latour and a student at the Cas Spijkers Academy. Cooking is more than just work for me, it is my passion. I strive to continuously deepen my knowledge and skills, with a focus on both taste and technique, and I want to develop further in the coming years in order to grow within the top echelons of gastronomy. Restaurant Latour offers the ideal environment for this.
