My name is Mariëlle de Ruyter, and I’m a trainee at Restaurant Latour.
What’s important to me is striving for perfection every single day. Working consistently at a very high level challenges and inspires me. I really enjoy the creativity it takes to truly stand out as a restaurant.
Recently, I’ve taken on a new challenge: working with the cheese trolley. What makes it special is that we work exclusively with Dutch cheeses. By getting to know these cheeses well and presenting them at the table, we can continue to surprise our guests and contribute to an unforgettable dining experience.
