With a career spanning more than 20 years at Latour, he has held roles such as Restaurant Manager, Head Sommelier, and “SVH Meestergastheer”. As a host, he believes it is important to surround guests with care and attention in a relaxed manner. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of wines, he is able to select beautiful and surprising wines to accompany the dishes.
