My name is Frank van Delft, Kitchen Chef at Restaurant Latour.
Cooking is my passion, a craft filled with emotion, challenges, and joy. But in the end, what matters most is coming to work with a smile.

I have a deep love for pure, honest flavours and locally sourced ingredients. Traveling and spending time outdoors are great sources of inspiration for me, and I bring those experiences into my dishes.

My goal is to take Latour to the next level together with the team, united by ambition and creativity.
