This garden cultivates local, healthy, and sustainable produce — located practically in the chef’s own backyard, just 20 minutes from Restaurant Latour. How local can you get? Based in Wassenaar, WIJdehorst follows regenerative agriculture principles, with a strong focus on biodiversity, healthy soil, and pure, unsprayed crops that go directly from field to kitchen.

Besides supplying restaurants, WIJdehorst also offers vegetable and flower subscriptions, fresh herbs, workshops and guided tours.
